Are these prices firm or will the final price be different?
Prices listed are starting rates for standard-condition vehicles. If your vehicle requires extra time due to excessive soiling, heavy pet hair, or other conditions, we'll let you know upfront before any additional work is done. We never surprise you with an upsell after the job.
Do you charge extra for SUVs and trucks?
Yes — larger vehicles take more time and product. Oversized or luxury vehicles may incur an additional upcharge. We'll always let you know the final price before any work begins.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer loyalty discounts for repeat customers, bundle discounts when booking multiple services, and referral credits. Follow us on social media for seasonal promotions. Ask about our monthly maintenance plan for the best ongoing value.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a small rescheduling fee. We're always flexible — just reach out and we'll work something out.
